Description

A Case (12 Packs) of a GameDay Dirty Rice Mix, a Louisiana favorite. A Cajun dish made with rice, ground beef, spices, and chicken livers and gizzards (optional). This dish is usually served as a side dish with fried chicken or other country food.

Cooking Directions:

Step 1: Precook 1 lb. ground beef and 1/2 lb. chicken gizzards (or all beef). Drain grease.
Step 2: Add package contents and 3 cups cold water.
Step 3: Heat mixture to a boil, stir once. Reduce heat.
Step 4: Cover pot and cook 25-30 minutes.
